Delivery price:
Shipping €4.9 Worldwide. Purchases made over 69€ are shipped free of charge

Delivery time:
EU up to 8 days, the rest of the world up to 30 days

Sending:
We ship the ordered products within 1 working day (Monday.- Friday). Otherwise, we will contact you.

Shipment return:
If you are not satisfied with the shipment, you can return the unused items in the original packaging within 15 days. We do not cover the return shipping expenses.
NOTE! open cosmetics cannot be returned.

Refund:
We will refund you after receiving the items. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged shipment:
If the package is damaged or opened, please do not accept it, but ask for the shipment to be returned. We will refund the purchase price immediately upon receipt

Cancel order:
 You can cancel the order within 24 hours and we will refund the purchase price, however there is a 5% bank commission.
